They have an excellent staff. and always give me a good haircut as a sale price.
Went to do a hair cut on my son’s (Zaheen) head, haircut and walked-in got into John’s chair and awesome haircut. They are all experienced staff. Thanks and will come again and again.
I’ve been going to top hat for about 2 years now and this weekend I got the worst haircut ever. I will not go back. Sad!
