I love it!! my hair cut is almost similar to the picture I showed her. would come back again, period.
If I could, I would give them 0 stars. Doesn't know how to do layers, didn't do it like in the pictures I showed. The cutter just cut it as if she doesn't care about HER client. I also only had a haircut without shampoo and still costed me as much as if I DID! and didn't cut the length I WANT.
It was my first time coming here for a haircut and I will NEVER come back. I came in and 5 minutes later, they took me back to wash my hair. The washing process was the only enjoyable part of the experience. After my hair was finished washing, it was wrapped up and I was seated in one of the chairs. I was waiting over 35 minutes with wet hair for the lady to finish up other clients. Once she finally got to me, I asked for 2-3 inches of hair to be trimmed off. She asked if I wanted long layers.
