They quoted me 7500 to install an ERV, every other company I called was somewhere between 4000 and 3000. These people even quoted me 4900 for just the install if I bought the unit and materials myself.
Came back from Thanksgiving holiday only to discover our furnace was not working properly. I contacted Top Gun the next day and they were able to get a tech out the same afternoon. We have used them for bi-annual maintenance on our HVAC system so we trusted them. Upon inspection of the unit, it was determined the EMC (blower motor) had gone bad. Trusting people you don’t know to come into your house and fix a problem can be frustrating. I live in a two story house having AC troubles so friends recommended Top Gun. They came in August and September last year. Did a wonderful job, they were kind, respectful and hard workers. Then came more trouble when the downstairs unit went out.
