Customer service on the sales side is great BUT hold on to your wheels, because technical support and accounting leaves a lot to be desired. There is a lot of custom work and modifications that have to be done to these lifts, even for a professional. Be prepared and warned. Looks and drives great when done, even on the 10" lift. So after a long time Ethan got in touch with me and I got my parts fixed thank you Ethan for fixing the problem So about a year ago I ordered a three and a half inch Top Gun Customz lift kit for my 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 it has roughly 1,500 miles on the kit they sent me the wrong shocks took four months to get the correct set track bar bolt just shut off going down the highway at 70 miles an hour causing death wobble and now the control arm bushings are all wiped out and they don't want to warranty anything telling me it's $25... read more
Update Ethan at top gun customz handled my problem. Said I never should have been charged for brackets sending refund in mail. Great guy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate ordering anything from them now knowing the parts are all covered for life. Original sway bar brackets are garbage. Too thin both sides sheared off while driving. They will gladly sell you two more thicker ones. Then when they arrive Tou will have to buy a 18 dollar 5/8" drill bit to inlarge the 1/2" bracket hole.
