RecommendedI ordered my leveling kit online last Thursday. I got an email notification almost immediately and another when it shipped. It arrived in just a few days. I will be installing this Saturday. I will say I was a little worried from the reviews of their shipping issues but my experience was great!
Leveling kits and customer service
Placed an order on September 28th. After almost two weeks I called them and it had not shipped. Three days and 4 phone calls latter they tell me it shipped out on October 12th but can’t supply a tracking number. I finally get a tracking number on October 15th. Item shipped on October 14th. Basically they forgot to process my order and lied to me ever time I called.
It took 45 mins on the phone to place an order for a dual steering stabilizers kit. Product was order on a Monday and called on Friday becuase I didn’t receiving any update emails. It still hasn’t shipped out and they said it would get shipped out that day. So will probably take two weeks to receive these parts! Don’t waste your time with this company just order from 4 wheel parts or other reputable vendors!
Stryker Had to fix their mistakes. They were way behind schedule. Lied about progress while my truck sat in the parking lot. The alignment shop they sent my truck to jacked up my alignment causing me to ruin a 37” toyo. Go to Stryker or anywhere else to get it done right.
Coming from a shop owner, I had a customer come in with a dodge lift from top gun upon looking through parts had realized that two pieces were missing, could have been the manufacturer or an eager customer opening up the box like Christmas morning... anyhow it was a little rocky with the customer trying to get the parts from them which after a week I decided to take matters into my own hands, from my experience the customer support on the phone was a little misleading but whomever does the Facebook messenger support was spot... read more

I can't stand writing a negative review but I feel I need to warn others of my experience. November 16th I called in to order a lift kit for my dodge. Right after my order was placed they sent an email and I noticed it was over $300 more than the online price. Called back and Ethan said he would fix it right away. We are now a few days before Christmas and no refund. I have to call EVERY week, spend 10 minutes on hold only to be told I sent the request to accounting and would receive a call back.
