I used to use them all the time. Within the last 8-9 months the service quality has gone way down hill. The past two times we had the package deal done where you drive through the wash and then they clean out the inside. Both times there was still visible mud and dirt on the outside and the inside had large areas where you could tell they hadn't cleaned. I have spent a lot of money getting my truck washed at top gun. I normally do the 26$ wash. Today I show up and I was told I need to pay 41 for the same was because I had a dog in the back seat. So that means there is a lot of dog hair? In fact the dog rides in the back of the truck 100% of the time other then the 2 minutes she was in the back seat to go from the garbage cab to the service center. On the Do it yourself side BOTH locations, when switching modes (soap to rise etc) takes for ever, half the time the chemicals are empty (Triple conditioner) and wastes your time waiting to see if it is even filled, "spot free" wash leaves car covered in water spots and 2 times vacuum was weak and useless .. need to get on your upkeep of the facility and refilling chemicals., total waste of money could have used a garden hose with better results. After the third time, done with TG.. will go to elsewhere from now on.

called to tell about not getting all the car. the LADY hung up on me. customer service ???? was just telling there was a problem, not after more washes. very bad customer service, not sure if I will go back. must be a bad day for her,
