Can’t even begin to write how disappointed I am in the ownership of this business. A small computer problem at a busy time was handled in the most unprofessional of ways. The use of the Lord’s name in vain on Holy Saturday was the final straw. Learn to take care of your extremely loyal customers at all times or expect the loyalty to walk away. It will be a long time until I go back. Please know the team washing and drying the cars are awesome and certainly tip worthy; but this review is directly aimed at ownership.
