I rarely write reviews, but I had to take a minute to share how impressed I was with Reese and his team. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. Reese walked me through every step - handling the claim, helping me understand my options, and making sure everything was done the right way. Reese reached because of a defect with our roof shingles from our build and I am SO glad he did! From beginning to end, Reese was communicative, professional, knowledgeable, and so kind! Our roof came out immaculate and barely a trace of the 10+ person crew was left behind. Top Guard exteriors came thru as promised after me fighting for 3 years with one of the difficult to replace roofs insurance company. Reese knocked on my door after a series of storms in the neighborhood asking for me to give him a shot at getting my roof replaced , i told him 3 other roofing companies have tried and failed. Definitely recommend Top Guard. They are second to none. Handled all our claims for our shingles that were recalled from our original roof contractor. Were able to gain a full replacement. Took off old shingles and installed new shingles in one day. Everything was cleaned up as well. Had one gutter that was clogged and they came back and handled that as well. Top notch team and service. We cannot thank them enough!
