I have a beautiful new roof! After much difficulty dealing with my insurance company, I contacted Reese to get an estimate to pay for the roof myself. I had essentially given up on the insurance company doing what was right and replacing my damaged roof that had recalled shingles on it. Reese reached because of a defect with our roof shingles from our build and I am SO glad he did! From beginning to end, Reese was communicative, professional, knowledgeable, and so kind! Top Guard exteriors came thru as promised after me fighting for 3 years with one of the difficult to replace roofs insurance company. Reese knocked on my door after a series of storms in the neighborhood asking for me to give him a shot at getting my roof replaced , i told him 3 other roofing companies have tried and failed.
