The company damaged my roof! We simply asked for business information because they were working on our neighbor's roof. Their boss had the nerve to go onto our roof without permission, lift our asphalt shingles, and take pictures claiming they were loose before nailing them back on. He even admitted to doing an inspection when we didn't request for it stating that we did because we said we might consider getting our roof done in the near future not now though.
