This company by far has made our home buying experience awful. We started the process at the beginning of May, doing a land home package. We had a contract on the land and were set to close on June 15th , which our lender Lelion said he could do. Anytime he asked for anything, it was sent to him within hours. He kept telling my husband we were out of underwriting but the very next day would say the underwriter requested something else...how are we out of UW if they're still needing things ?
