Top-End Strength is an outstanding gym with a welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable coaches who genuinely care about helping members reach their goals. The training programs are well-structured, challenging, and suitable for all fitness levels. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and always motivating. Top End Strength is an incredible gym for anyone interested in powerlifting, bodybuilding, or general fitness. Since expanding to double its size a few months ago, the layout feels spacious and well-organized. Even during peak hours, the gym never feels overcrowded. I have only the best things to say about finding and joining Top-End Strength this past year. I enjoy having 24/7 access, a friendly and warm gym community whenever I go in, and excellent coaches in Juan and Richard. I’m new to lifting but with older injuries, and so I recognize how lucky I am to get coached by Richard with his helpful corrections, cues and patience. And, my dog enjoys the occasional visit too, which I appreciate being able to do!

It's an excellent gym with a nice community. People keeps things nice and clean. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend to both beginners and advanced.
