The Customer Service is one of the worst I have ever seen. If you order an online class, expect to start about a couple months after you order it. I personally ordered the Top Driver online classes in September of 2016, it is now February of 2017 and I have still not been able to access the online classes. The build-up of "Technical Difficulties" and the delays makes me wonder if it is just one person running the entire branch.
