Recently had a large L shaped kitchen + Island installed, as well as matching floating shelves. Great experience from start to finish. Both planning and installation went smoothly, they accommodated schedule changes as needed with no issues. Very happy with the end product!
Very high satisfaction level until i got to the freezer, the installer unplugged my fridge and didnt plug it back in, all the beef, turkey and liver went rancid and the smell has stained the air in the condo now. With how bad the smell was, the fridge was unplugged from day one. I got a new kitchen put in and the boss was responsive on questions and keeping me in the loop except the installer didnt tell his boss when he broke the plumbing under the sink. Brandon was helpful from day 1. We went to Top Drawer looking for a quote for our new build. He was very patient with all of our changes. And when we had to move in our house early, he and his team made sure to be done on time! The whole house looks great! Thank you Brandon and the whole team!
We had some problems with peeling paint on our maple cabinets earlier on and now again 5 years later, however, Top Drawer was still willing to help remedy the problem and accommodate our request for different cabinets. They were kind and helpful.
