Recently had a large L shaped kitchen + Island installed, as well as matching floating shelves. Great experience from start to finish. Both planning and installation went smoothly, they accommodated schedule changes as needed with no issues. Very happy with the end product!
Very high satisfaction level until i got to the freezer, the installer unplugged my fridge and didnt plug it back in, all the beef, turkey and liver went rancid and the smell has stained the air in the condo now. With how bad the smell was, the fridge was unplugged from day one. I got a new kitchen put in and the boss was responsive on questions and keeping me in the loop except the installer didnt tell his boss when he broke the plumbing under the sink.
