Top Choice installed my shingled roof in August of 2017. By July of 2021 about a dozen shingles had blown off. I contacted them eight times about repair via phone, text, and Email, but no one ever contacted me. In the meantime, my house was exposed to rain and possible water damage. Unacceptable workmanship, poor response, and unprofessional pretty much sums up my thoughts on them.

Don't waste your money on this company, 3 years after installation roof starting leaking. When we contact them company they stated it was our fault and after multiple phone calls stopped returning call. Had to hire a new company, the new company stated that the roof was VERY poorly done by Top Choice. So don't be fooled by the name this company is NOT a top choice.

I am so confused how this company calls themselves "Top Choice" or where they found the merit to do so. A month after the roof was installed, the roof had shingles lifting. It took months for Igor to show up and when he did, he was to return to fix the shingles and never came back. Now, a year later, many shingles are lifting and he refuses to fix the issue, even though we have warranty. He has not referred us nor offered a professional solution.
