I got a letter in the mail from topcash offer for $11,800.00 for my land but when they found out that it was undeveloped they withdrew their offer, maybe they should do better research before getting peoples hopes up! This review is final!
Dealing with Chris was Super Easy and I feel like he went Above and Beyond, every step of the way. Chris Offered a very fair price for our property, then he patiently waited as I removed my tenant.
