I have always been satisfied with the service and final product. However, I went in for a pedicure this past weekend, which was great, my bill was $25, I left a $10 tip to total $35. The transaction came through in my mobile banking this morning and somewhere along the line the grand total was changed from $35 to $40! Of course I came home and threw the receipt away so I have no way to argue my case but just a PSA for others...don't throw away your receipt until the transaction is finalized!..or go somewhere that won't pull ... read more
I had mixed feelings about going because of mixed reviews that I had read. When I called for an appointment on Sunday afternoon, he said they were closing soon but I could still come in. I went to the appointment and he let me pick what I wanted for a service. He didn't seem to rush with my service and I actually felt he spent a little more time than at my usual salon. He made some small conversation but was not a chatter box--which is what I like! I was very happy with my service and will be going back!
They were very accommodating to my wife and I; made me feel welcome even though this is only my second time ever getting a mani-pedi. Don't tell my man-friends!! Lol

Second time taking my mother there. We both had tips/acrylics and gel. Very friendly and answered my questions. After hearing horror stories of other places I'll only be going here. I wanted color changing teal to gold as a coffin shape (for mermaid) and it's perfect.
