I had an amazing HydraFacial experience at Top Beauty in Bellevue. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The treatment room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Milly took the time to examine my skin and explain each step of the treatment. She was gentle, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Milly is a very nice person. She meticulous and considerate in her work. I've been very satisfied with several of the projects she s done for me.
Highly recommend this place! Tony is very passionate and professional. He spent more than an hour for my haircut without perm and it was absolutely lovely. He listens carefully and satisfy all needs.
The hairdresser and facial massager technics are great, but the price is expensive with tips.
