Horrible customer service and extremely shady business practices!! Stay away!!
Lisa finally did what other hairdressers could not. She LISTENED to what I was asking for and I am very happy.

I bought the Groupon package. I called on Thursday and asked how much extra to add solar nails. Was quoted a price and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday at 2:30. I arrived early and was told she had a 3:00 appointment and that she couldn't do both. If you are NOT going to treat Groupon customers, with respect, then don't offer your services to them!!
I had a wonderful experience Friday at Tootsies and Tangles! Maegan was so sweet and fun! She did a great job on my nails and I love the small, family-friendly environment! I will definitely be back and plan to bring my daughter as well!!

Couldn't have experienced a better first mani/pedi for my daughters fourth birthday. Cem & Meagan made us feel so relaxed and at home. Cem played cartoons for my daughter and Meagan was very patient and gentle with her. We had such a great time chatting and laughing, I almost felt like I was in Steel Magnolias. Really such charming ladies and I can't wait to go back! <3

Lisa is wonderful... did a great job on my hair.. took my son in this morning and she is a true artist... I have my new hairstylist!!! So excited. . Please everyone go see her and also you can get manicures and pedicures too. The ladies atr fantastic. I didn't want to leave.. lol .

Laura Williams is my colorist and stylist. She is intuitive and extremely knowledgeable. It's hard to find someone that can cut hair and is a master colorist, as well. I have always struggled to find this unicorn combination and Laura does not disappoint on any level. I would highly recommend her to anyone and often do.
