Guy with glasses has a bad attitude and chastised us for following his instructions with the machine not working. I brought my truck there yesterday and it was same person that yelled at me for asking him to fold my mirrors and take off my antenna. Shocker, he left my antenna. I don’t know what his name is but he does this to other people. Before I actually didn’t mind coming here and was thinking about purchasing an unlimited membership for me and my wife. Well never mind. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.
I go out of my way to take my car to this Toot'n Totum carwash. Me and my family used to take all of our vehicles to Quick Quack until their carwash machinery broke the side mirror off of our brand new GMC Sierra truck. It wasn't even an aftermarket mirror but Quick Quack said that it had have been broken before we came to their carwash. We had just bought it, brand new the day before at the car dealership across the street from Quick Quack on Georgia. They refused to pay for it. Thank you for getting my jeep all ready for the road
I take my personal vehicle and my company vehicle to this location. Don't know anybody's name, but the young blonde girl and the young man. Always professional. Always jokes around good people. I purposely drive my vehicle over there. Whether it be my company vehicle or my personal. These guys are awesome. Joke around, and very professional. I recommend this place and it is worth the price. A basic wash to a deluxe wash. Always have a good time there. Next time I'm bringing donut
