Terrible car wash broke my window and would not fix it
Broke our mirror and said they might not cover for it
Stopped in this wash and joined the monthly service, special was 99 cents for the first month, then regular charge the second, I was charged the 99 cents and the second months charge on my card immediately. I spoke to the manager and he said he would remove the second months charge immediately. Never Happened. In addition to that experience the chain broke while I was in the wash, I sat inside unable to get out for 30 minutes, spoke with manager again, all he said was SORRY. Brought car here for interior cleaning after fire extinguisher went off in my work car. Not a heavy amount but enough to leave a white tint on the back seats. Explained this to the person I payed, he told me that they would get it cleaned then charged me. After the “work” was done, only one seat was cleaned, and the rest of the vehicle is untouched.
