Don’t waste your money or your time. We brought our truck in at 8am. The manager Tony does not check his team’s work and instead yells at customers. We brought up that the wheels and tires on the truck were completely missed and he had attitude from the start. Told us that because we called him from chit chatting with his coworkers that we could “take our keys and go” even though services that we paid for were not done. Terrible car wash broke my window and would not fix it
Broke our mirror and said they might not cover for it
Stopped in this wash and joined the monthly service, special was 99 cents for the first month, then regular charge the second, I was charged the 99 cents and the second months charge on my card immediately. I spoke to the manager and he said he would remove the second months charge immediately. Never Happened. In addition to that experience the chain broke while I was in the wash, I sat inside unable to get out for 30 minutes, spoke with manager again, all he said was SORRY.
