I am one of the unfortunate owners of a Tootle Home! My home had water penetration damage before purchase. It was documented on the inspection report. Builder agreed to repair. It’s been 11 months and my home is still in disrepair. We had black mold growing due to the moisture. My warranty is approaching expiration and he has given no indication he intends on making the necessary repairs.

I am a subcontractor that was called in at the last minute. We were called in to do touch up on the painting. Due to it being days away from Christmas, the contractor informed us he needed us there asap so he could get his contract signed. We have never done work for him before, but was excited to know a new client and to be able to help him in a sticky situation. ‼️Esta compañía tiene mucha mala reputación al no pagarle ala gente que contratan para construir sus casas o cualquier otra remodelación, les gustan contratar gente que no tienes social Security o algún contrato con ellos para después no pagarles, que pena que exista gente como esta que se ponen a vender casas sin pagarle ala jente que contratan, Y todavía pagaran bien pero ni eso tienen pagan bien barato, ‼️ very bad company‼️
