Unprofessional and scared my child. Charged for services not rendered. I would NOT recommend Sue Yang.
ToothTown was an awful experience for my daughter. I was upset that I hadn’t done more research and read the Facebook and yelp reviews as they’re accurate. Please don’t subject your child to the abusive behavior that happens at this office.
From the from the desk to the back during their services it's been a regretting experience. I will never take my Little here again.

Felt like a money scam!!! I went there today, 12/21/2016 and I was charged for all different types of x-rays that come to find out were not necessary for a 2 yr old. Very unhappy and want my money back but unfortunately that won't happen so I will not be visiting this office again and I absolutely discourage all from going there.

We take all reviews seriously and we appreciate your feedback. Primary dentition (baby teeth) can be completely erupted at age range 27 months to 36 months, every child is different. By then, a child can present 20 teeth. At any time a tooth erupts in a child's mouth, they can be susceptible to cavities. X-rays diagnose cavities that are not clinically visible. Our daughters Caylin and Ashlyn had the best time at Tooth Town. They were scared at first and the entire staff made them feel comfortable and happy. It was a great experience!! Thanks

Poor deceptive and frivolous pricing. I was told one price by the insurance company and the office quoted me a different price. Even after insurance verified with office staff; the office staff said her manager quoted that price because of my sons age. The policy did not state separate pricing for different ages. Contacted insurance company again and said that they are not following the fee schedule and to file a complaint. So I will be filings complaint.

Because we are a SPECIALIST PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY OFFICE and your child is 17 years old your plan does not provide pediatric specialist services. There are many limitations when it comes to one's managed care insurance. Age is just one of them.
