This is the best dentist I have ever had. They are fast, efficient, & clearly explain procedures. They performed a cleaning, a filling repair (from another dentist), a new filling, and a deep cleaning to correct gym issues. I never thought I would say this, but I'm looking forward to going to the dentist again. Thank you Toothtime Team!
Dr. M, Amy and the rest of the Tooth Time staff are always accommodating to my needs. They fitted me for an appointment yesterday because I had a concern and that I was a bit nervous about. Dr. M and Amy made me feel at ease, took care of my needs and also sat down with me to address the next steps I need to take. In which, I truly appreciate. The staff is always so welcoming, friendly and professional. Thank you!
They are so nice and considerate I highly recommend this dental office. They do go beyond for you. I was nervous about having my fillings done and The doctors, receptionist, and Juanita helped me out. 5 stars. Not all family dentistries are the same Tooth time new braunfels stands out Thank you
Always a great experience! Terri (Hygienist) was amazing today! She went over every recommended procedure & costs then assisted us with a game plan to get everything fixed. We are cash pay (no insurance), so we went with yearly membership. It pays for itself since we get 25% off all my teen's procedures this year! Our whole family are patients at Tooth Time and love the staff & service!
The woman on the phone was extremely unhelpful and rude when trying to figure out insurance. I was going nuts trying to get all the information for her for our dental insurance and she would interrupt me and use an irritated tone. I have seen a dentist using our dental insurance and had no issues. Ideal Dental even offered to talk to Toothtime to help them find our insurance since they were having trouble.
