The staff are incompetent and I say that because I called in November or December to schedule a cleaning in 6 months. They gave me a date in May and when asked I told them I was a new patient. The person stated they would send me the paperwork to fill out for the appointment. I completed the necessary paperwork months ago. I thought I was good to go for my appointment.
