The entire staff are super friendly
The dentist and staff were nice but when I had to get my son put to sleep it was a bad experience! Arrived at 1130 for a noon appointment only to wait in the waiting room until 1255 with a starving child ( because they can’t eat anything from midnight until appointment time) no communication, no hey Ms.Smith we are getting ready . I had to go up and personally ask what’s the problem to a receptionist who was eating French fries and listening to music… I’m not mad it was a Saturday but my son was starving and the sassy anesth... read more
Dr.Braxton is very friendly, and I appreciate the care she provides. However, I’ve noticed a pattern in the reviews where patient concerns are dismissed rather than addressed with accountability. It’s disappointing to see a professional argue with patients instead of taking feedback as an opportunity to improve. I believe she can do better in creating a more open and understanding environment for concerns to be heard and resolved.
