Unprofessional Nathan Knutsen, would not even recommend him no greeting extremely rude! You shouldn’t work with ppl specially with kids
I truly believe this dentist doesn’t want to work with kids. My 7yr son was anxious about the gas and whole procedure and everything thing I recommended to help ease him was shut down. I couldn’t stand in the hallway or call my second phone and have him take it with him . After speaking with him when she brought him out he decided to try again to avoid sedation. She brought him back out immediately and recommended sedation when all he said was he has to use the bathroom. She was dismissive at the first appointment I should’v... read more
My son was deemed “ Uncooperative” because he was startled, as any child would be when the xray machine started moving (first time visit), however was successful in completing xray. I genuinely believe the dentist does not want to work with autistic children. My son did not have a tantrum, nor cry…we left feeling actually proud of how well it went! Only to find out that the dentist would no longer like to see him. I do not recommend this office to children on the autism spectrum.
Rudest dentist office I’ve ever dealt with especially the front desk and the lady who answers the phone!!!
