Did amazing Job love taking my kids there will recommend to anyone
I had a terrible experience at this dentist’s office. They refused to treat my child simply because they didn’t clearly explain their policy about having a vehicle stay during the appointment. Instead of helping us understand, they were rude and dismissive. Their attitude was unprofessional, and it was clear they don’t treat all their customers equally. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for kind, respectful, and compassionate care.
Staff are top notch
The fact that so many share the same experience from this facility, the nurses are amazing but the actual dentist are after any & every dime they can get from insurance. Not only can you not stay with your child while they are sedated but they have you drive to the back of building and will bring your heavily sedated child out a back door in a wheel chair for you to take home. My daughter M.Salinas had a dental procedure done and the staff was very kind and answered all of our questions. My kids love their prize at the end of their dentist visits and are excited to go.
