Called in morning about a possible abscess tooth for my little boy. They called me before they even officially opened and let me know they could get me in shortly after opening. They were prompt to get him back and did everything possible to make sure it was taken care and any infection gone. He was so emotional and they made sure he was comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a friendlier office.
Took my son there for his first visit. Very friendly and warm place. He's shy but by the end he gave the dentist a high five!
My daughter was extremely traumatized to the point where she couldn't even walk into a dentist office without crying and getting so anxious she would through up. I decided to bring her to the Tooth Story with the hopes that they could make her feel comfortable. The first two visits were rough for her just because she was already scared and I almost gave up hopes. We went here today for the first time. I have 3 boys that loved it. My oldest has had dental anxiety before and just asked if we can go everyday!
Tooth Story, Dr. Emilie, and all of the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful! My 2 year old daughter went from really nervous and not wanting to sit on the chair or cooperate at all, to talking comfortably with them while willingly laying back in the chair letting them put the big laughing gas nose on her and then she happily sat through getting 4 fillings and some sealants, and when we left she kept asking "go back get teeth cleaned again?" and begged to go back again soon the whole way home. Dr. Emilie and her staff are amazing. They all do a great job of putting kids (and parents) at ease. My 5-year old does not dread going to the dentist, and that is all thanks to the care received at Tooth Story.
