I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and disorganized behavior of this dental office. They abruptly refused to see my son at his scheduled appointment and told my parents they could not bring him something they never once mentioned in any paperwork. I’ve brought my child to medical and dental appointments before with no issue, so this came completely out of nowhere. The office provided no policy, no explanation, and no notice.
