Similar to other reviews- we were greatly disappointed in Tooth & Co after going there for 3+ years and trusting the dentist with our kids' treatment plans. Our kids received multiple cavities over the time we went there and it made me feel like a terrible parent for not brushing well enough or taking care of their teeth like I thought I had. I had a very negative experience with this dental office and would not recommend them, especially for young children. My son was diagnosed here with five cavities, and the dentist said he needed Valium sedation. I was pressured at the front desk to schedule immediately and told that if I didn’t book right away, it would be very difficult to get another appointment. We love Tooth & Co – great atmosphere and staff!
We've had an excellent experience bringing our two daughters to Tooth & Co. Dr. Ellie and her team do a great job with our girls and are always very kind, efficient, and professional. Would highly recommend!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We had such a horrible experience all the way around with this place. My daughter fasted all day to get there an have to wait 2+ hours past our appointment time to then get rescheduled to a different day. The cost of our procedure ended up being 2.5 times what they quoted us (driven by the cost of anesthesia). They claimed they were clear in the fact that the anesthesia was separate despite their being a line on their quote for anesthesia (that is apparently a fee charged by them). I was tol... read more
