Horrible customer service, disgusting receptionist, refused to assist me, does not speak proper/clear English, immediately decided to disconnect the call as soon as they learnt my parents does not have a coverage but little did they know that I was going to pay for their dental work! Those days are gone when customer service was at its best!! Do not recommend their services, patients and their needs have become a currency for these clinics!!!

If I could give a lower review, I would. This was my very first time going here. The receptionist and dentist hygienist were great. But then I sat in the dentist chair for over an hour waiting for the dentist to take a look at my tooth that I was having a lot pain with. The dentist literally forgot that I was there and then walks in with no apology, removes food that was lodge in the gum and then told me that her 11:00 appointment was here. Honestly one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. What a soft touch and just so we are clear it was a wisdom tooth she extracted. Great job !!
