I have been going to Toomies for about 9 years but tonight's experience has changed my mind. I went into the restaurant and ordered some food to go. I wait over 45 minutes and see 2 people come in, Oder and leave with their food. I ask how much longer it will be, am told 5 minutes. Then, after waiting 5 minutes am told that it still isn't ready. I am given my money back without an apology I suspect someone else had my food or they lost the order altogether. Terrible customer service. I will think long and hard before I order... read more
