This contractor is extremely unprofessional, rude and has no respect for other peoples' time. He is furthermore, not punctual and while there have been 3 appointments, we have had to reach out to him to see where he is every time. Running behind or late is one thing, it is your responsibility to relay that information to your customers. Toombs repaired a hole in my kitchen ceiling. Mr. Toombs measured it carefully and put new drywall in . It looks great. He is very reliable and affordable. I would recommend his services to anyone.

I was looking for a painter in Zanesville and came across this business. We set up a time for an estimate and he showed up on time gave me my estimate for labor and materials and a start date. They showed up and moved and covered everything in the room. There were three painters and they worked very well together. It was a 3 day job and at the end of each day they swept and cleaned up and moved everything back. I would highly recommend them for painting. Hired Toombs Residential to fix a bathroom that another contractor messed up and they did a wonderful job bathroom looks great ,they also did new siding and replacement windows for us , they were top notch in making sure we were satisfied checking with us along the process to make sure that it was how we wanted it to look , had no issues with them at all and will most certainly be hiring them again, just wish I had found them 2 years ago to have done our remodel the last contractor made a mess that we now have to fix I feel ... read more
