They did a great job repairing areas on the roof that was causing leakage. Very professional, quick turn-around and great at explaining what they were going to do. Answered all questions and provided cost saving recommendations to do the repairs. I hope to use them again for other house projects in the future.

Toombs Residential Home Improvement recently completed two projects for me. I began working with Johnny on an estimate for a split rail fence. During his visit I discovered the many services they provide. I needed LVP flooring in an area with many angles and curves. Johnny measured the area and explained how they would handle the installation challenges. I received the estimate within a couple of days. Edit: This contractor is very dishonest. He states he was not "hired" for anything and was doing this for "free." He did not give us an estimate on the 2nd appointment after no call no show the 1st appointment. We asked what he wanted paid for his time during the 2nd appointment. What we were told: he normally charges for estimates, but was not. He scheduled a 3rd appointment to do the estimate & then would be doing the necessary repairs immediately afterwards. This contractor is extremely unprofessional, rude and has no respect for other peoples' time. He is furthermore, not punctual and while there have been 3 appointments, we have had to reach out to him to see where he is every time. Running behind or late is one thing, it is your responsibility to relay that information to your customers. It is not your customer's job to reach out to you, to see where you are and if you are even showing up. We were perfectly fine leaving things as they were. Toombs repaired a hole in my kitchen ceiling. Mr. Toombs measured it carefully and put new drywall in . It looks great. He is very reliable and affordable. I would recommend his services to anyone.
