We loved this place. Cheerful greeting, nice service and delicious food. We had Kao Soy which was yummy and chicken pad tai - great flavor and generous portions.
Have had take out, delivered for parties and numerous times eaten in and by far me favorite Thai food ever. Great ppl and downtown Elgin can be proud

Best Thai food in Northern Illinois,warm very friendly staff especially MrsToom and makes everyone feel at home. The food served tastes like and is the real thing that’s served in Bangkok, I love their food and the love Mrs Toom prepares it with. If you want the real deal, the atmosphere and the best Thai food then go to Toom-Toom’s, you want be disappointed.
