Uuuhhhh.... great food?! Great atmosphere, service, isn't that enough?! Actually there WAS one more unique thing... when someone admitted that food was too spicey for her tolerance level, the server offered a variety of sauces & other ways to "tone it down" a bit without adversely affecting the flavors. Really have to know your stuff to do that with subtlety & confidence.
