Todd diagnosed the issues with my Jeep and let me know what needed to be fixed and what could wait. They have long term business with me now.
Rock star service! Honest, Knowledgeable, and skilled. Every Jeep I've ever taken to him has been fixed correctly the 1st time . I wouldn't take a Jeep any where else!!
If you have a jeep, don't take it anywhere else for diagnosis or repairs. You won't find better service than Tooltime. After coming back from the dealership with a list of thing that "needed repair" Tooltime fixed the 1 and only thing that needed to be repaired in my 2005 Grand Cherokee. I've been back for 2 other issues since then and every time their honesty and integrity is top notch!
Todd has been great, very quick at diagnosing and repairing issues with my older jeep at a fair price. Even talked me through a radiator flush over the phone when the shop was backed up. Awesome customer service you won’t find at a dealership.
