Very happy with the service I got from tools in motion. I came in with a complicated issue and we were able to find a solution so that I can feel safe again in my vehicle.
Tools In Motion provided me with a free estimate to have my air conditioning repaired in my work vehicle. The work was scheduled at my convenience and performed in a timely manner and exactly as estimated. All great, but this is why they are exceptional. Had a minor issue the day after, no one’s fault and unfortunate. Once I contacted them they had a mechanic on the road with parts to repair immediately. I had a great experience with Tools in Motion here in Airdrie! There was a simple mix-up where I was accidentally double-charged for the diagnostic fee. I brought up my concern politely, and Tim, the owner, took time out of his day to look into it right away. Tim was kind, professional, reassuring, and very personable through the whole process.
