Horrible experience, their reservation system first off only takes a pickup date not a return date, so when you go to book a van you are told you won't know for sure if you're getting the van until just before your pickup time (since without asking for return dates they have no idea if a van will be available or not), that's not a great system for van rentals where you need to know in advance as you have other commitments to put in place depending what you're doing that can't wait until the last minute.
