RecommendedGreat place everyone was so awesome. Very caring down to the other patients waiting. Just incredible environment. I may have cried a bit but thankful for the caring people there. Yes I'm majorly in pain but thanks to the doctor I should be fixed up soon.
It's a shame the office staff isn't more forthcoming about theirs self pay pricing. My husband and I would have been back time and time again if they were. They choose NOT to tell you self pay is an option, bill your insurance and then you have to pay three times as much. The manager and other staff have been stubborn, unconcerned and downright rude during my attempts to resolve my issue amicably. Best service ever! Always relieved back pain, neck pain, and headaches every time I went there. Please ignore low ratings, they don't know what they are talking about.
First time visit to Dr .Thompson . I was very nervous. His staff as well as himself are awesome. They were extremely helpful and made me feel super comfortable. Right after I was done I felt a difference. Best decision I made. Thank you �

Let's be fair. You came into our office and received services for you/your family and did not pay the copay bill in full and asked to be billed later. Payment is expected at the time of service. We give all of our past due accounts months of time and several notices prior to sending out to collections. You can't expect us to provide services for free or to not try to collect on delinquent past due accounts.
