Nice scenery, that's about the only good thing. Very narrow driveways, hard to maneuver with a large camper. The staff does not warn you ahead of time that it may be difficult to pull a large camper through the campground. Would not recommend for people with large campers. We originally planned to stay longer then we did but due to circumstances out of our control we had to leave early and the owner gave us a hard time about refunding our money and was rude about it. Overall great Camp Grounds, only downfall is the steep hill to the back river sites, lots of ruts, needs re stoned, and tarred. Would be great if they built shelves in the showers to hang towels, and toiletries. The general store overall great, owners very nice respectful, camp sites were great very secluded, peaceful and super quiet. Will definately come back more often, we camped on 217, 218 this weekend. Kids loved the kayak trip. 8.5 out of 10 for me.

Our friends booked this site as the other grounds they wanted were booked by the river. They were leery of the place mainly because the hill. We got our 40 toy hauler down the hill with no problem in 4 wheel and he had two wheel with a 40' toy hauler with a little skidding. We got here on a Wednesday night and loved it. Quiet wooded along a river and not over populated. We shall see what the hill is like on the way out, if it was raining that could be a concern but it's not in the forecast.
