Adam is AMAZING! My engagement ring is very unique and I was flustered looking for the best options for wedding bands. I thought I had a fantastic design in mind and he carried it out to my exact specifications; however, when I saw the band I realized I didn't like it. He didn't have to take it back but he did and allowed me to choose from other bands (with his input and suggestions) that were better suited companions to my engagement ring.
