Very friendly and prompt. When I called to schedule a tow I was told it would be about an hour. Ellis, the tow driver arrived within 30 minutes. Paperwork and a very reasonable payment was done quickly. Ellis answered any questions I had and was very friendly. Had great conversations while he was loading my car. Very professional and I would definitely use them again, although I hope I dont have to.
Ellis came to our rescue twice this year. I watched him load our Suburban in a tight space with precision and skill. He was super friendly and very helpful!
