Fredericks messed up our group appointment so we all went to the highlands to Tonys as last minute to get manicures and should've went there from the beginning. Everyone was so friendly an it was relaxing an enjoyable. Will be back!!!
Extremely rude! For such a highly recommended business I was ignored and treated terribly, did not receive services after waiting over an hour and watching walk ins go before me after my scheduled time. I contacted them and spoke to Tony before putting a bad review up and was told I could come back for an appointment after I finally left and questioning them multiple times on why I wasn't being taken back. This was my time to relax and instead it was an hour wasted.
Today I had my second visit at Tony’s Spa in St. c. I’ve had Zack do my nails both times. He does an amazing job and he’s very nice. I’ll continue going back to him!
I just had dip nail done by Tony. They look beautiful. I highly recommend getting your manicure here!
Treated like family here! My daughter loves pedicures with her daddy on daddy/daughter dates.
I went today to get a deluxe pedicure; experience wasn’t that enjoyable. The man doing my pedicure seemed uninterested in doing it. Filled my pedicure tub with COLD water and seemed annoyed when I asked to please warm it up. It’s winter...... I felt rushed. I didn’t enjoy my experience at all. I came to feel relaxed and I was anything but that...my foot is also cut on the bottom from the exfoliating scrubber. So ridiculous.
Got manicures and pedicures today.. As always top notch service. We both where very happy.
