I have had a few experiences where I was not treated well as a customer. On several occasions I have made a reservation only to wait an hour or more before someone got to me to fill my nails. But unfortunately the final straw came a few months ago. I was in the middle of having my nails done, when another customer walked in. This customer must have been more important than me because I was told by Tony to go sit in a chair while he waited on the other customer.
