Being new to town I found this place online and the reviews made it seem like a great place. I went in not knowing they did not take walk ins so I set an appointment for the very next day for 2:15-30. I showed up for my appointment only to be told oh we called you yesterday to confirm and you didn't answer so we cancelled your appointment. I never received a call and why would you call me the same day to confirm my appointment I just set. Just got my nails done at this place for the first time and i am very satisfied. Tony offers Excellent customer service, and does a superb job on acrylics! I have never been so happy about my nails since Tony.
