This company quotes a rate and puts it on paper, then when you come to get your equipment, they raise the rate saying the quote was a mistake. This is called bait and switch and is supposed to be illegal, but, of course, you have to go ahead and pay because they are holding your equipment hostage. No reputable business does business like this. They honor the quoted price. They took advantage of our small trucking company because we are based in Florida.
