If I could have given -10 stars I would have. FIRSTLY he has a bunch of trash on the lot. I took a friend there she inquiring about 2 of the cars which wasn’t in the best shape in my opinion, but we still looked in the cars. When we went in the office he was very dismissive. She asked him to crank the cars and he told us the doors are open just look in them and he will crank them if she talking about buying and walked away on the phone as if we was not standing there. The man we spoke with was not helpful, other than the info I am providing on this review. If you are not from Tyler, don't go to this lot. He said it himself. Ask him. I dare you. If you are from our of town, forget it.
Great, understanding guy and always willing to help if he can. I purchased my first car in 2023 with him. My family and I are thankful, grateful for Tony's Car's. Any issues he will check it out discuss options with you without any problems. I definitely recommend shopping with him. He has nice luxury cars I love my Lexus both of them.
