Ran about six miles on treadmill used latter, heavy bag, double end bag, speed bag, ext... Started sparring and a bunch of people started getting real loud, but they wouldn't run hit the bag just yelled when I was sparring. Tony is a good person he was a police officer retired. No problem but you gotta make a choice. People have issues with eyes, that's just him thow are you a eye specialist or something? He's a good person really. Fantastic boxing gym. You have to show up humble and ready to work, but if you do the coaches here will take care of you.
Great gym! As gentrification looms over the city, it is imperative to preserve cornerstones of the community such as this one that aim to help local youth grow into respectable young adults. Don’t misunderstand, you will have to work hard and show true commitment to earn the respect of its members.
