We've used Tony's Appliance since the early 90s for both service on our appliances & buying appliances and a water heater. Best prices around plus the customer service can't be beat.. They've saved us several times. 5 stars!
Used this company for an AC issue and when the guy gets to the house, he was rude and didnt do anything. Told me that it was normal that my blower wasnt working 100% and turning on all the time. Needless to say I know HVAC and told him to leave, spent 15 minutes online and it was a $25 part to fix. I took the part to another place and it tested bad. I put the new part in and everything works great.
We are very impressed with their customer service and their employees! My husband called on Sunday afternoon for AC repair. Monday, at 11 am, Jerry is on our door step. He was awesome! Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, super nice! He answered our questions and gave us an insight to the issue. This is the second time that we have used your services. I have recommended your business to friends and coworkers. Thank you so much!
We've always called Tony's to repair a furnace or dryer, but deciding to go to Tony's when I wanted to replace all of my kitchen appliances was the best decision ever! They were SO helpful in picking everything out - Tony totally sold me on induction cooking, Steph and Laura were great at helping get everything ordered, communicating when everything would be in to install and even submitted all the paperwork for the rebate for me.
