I don’t often post reviews, but I’ve trusted Tony’s for over 10 years. Their service people are reliable and courteous, and sales always helps us find the appliance that meets our needs. They are our family’s go to for both repair and appliance purchase.
Our furnace died today, and we needed a specific part. Even though Tony's doesn't open until 8, I was desperate, called around 7:20 a.m. Tony answered, found the part at another location, drove an hour to get it for me, and bring it back to his store. He goes above and beyond, and gives excellent old fashioned service! I can't say enough for how helpful he was. Thank you so much Tony for helping to get our furnace working again on this coldest day of winter!

Wonderful service. We found our freezer had quit after 7:30 pm on Fri. eve. Called at 8 a.m. on Sat to see if they had a 15 cf chest freezer on the floor. They did and said if needed they could deliver by noon that day. Delivery men showed up at 10 min. after 10 and moved the new unit into the basement and removed the old freezer. The men even moved 2 coolers of things I had taken from old unit back to the basement without even thinking of asking them to. Will be my first call when I need other appliances.
