What a nightmare! They told me to bring my car in on Tuesday morning after 8:00 am for a brake inspection. It was there at 8:30 am. Tuesday went by and no phone call. Wednesday at 9:00 am after hearing nothing from them I called. I was asked who I left my car with? The receptionist I answered. Oh, Let me go find it was the response. I believe they need to slow down and make sure but they have done a good job the oil plug in my car was not tightened and I've lost all my oil the only thing they wanted to do was purchase some oil for me that I had to go pick up put in my own vehicle and I still had to tighten the plug myself I might as well have done the oil change myself
RecommendedI was driving my daughter’s car out to Oregon and of course when things go wrong, they tend to go terribly wrong. This shop was god send just when I needed some help on my road trip. The day before I was on 1-80 in Wyoming pass driving in the middle of the worst snow/ice storm in September, lol. Got my car detailed this week there and Marie at the desk was awesome as well as all the staff that took time to make my car look awesome ! Mind you I have 3 kids and they still managed to make it look brand new! I’d highly recommend them!!!

We get our oil changed and mini details on both our vehicles about every 2 months, we’ve never had a problem. Exceptional customer service and very affordable. Tony is always so friendly and makes sure we are always well taken care of. Their mini details are always pristine. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
