The front desk staff at this location is disgustingly rude, and arent even at the desk when you walk in. They have no knowledge on hair and pricing. I would never give my money to this salon.
Worst customer experience interaction ever! They can’t accept when they mess up your hair and will degrade you when you bring it up. Would never go here.
Do not got here. Uneven haircut and extremely unprofessional service. Cosimo cut my face framing pieces. I asked for a trim and he cut both sides in an extremely uneven way with one piece ending under my chin and the other ending at the bottom of my nose. He cut it way shorter than I requested on one side, and I have no choice but to cut the other side short and wait until this grows out.
